Service costs

• General Handyman Services

For most visits, my rate is $30 per hour, with a one hour minimum charge.

You may want to develop a short list of tasks that need tackling. If your job takes longer than an hour, charges increase in quarter-hour increments.

• Smaller Ongoing Tasks

If your need is small but ongoing (for example, refilling your bird feeders weekly), we can negotiate a monthly cost.

• Larger Jobs

For large jobs, it may make sense to negotiate a price for the completion of work - for example, building a ramp for your house. In that situation, I can give you a price quote based upon materials cost and the time I would need to devote to your project.
